The internal messaging service is confidential as when you send a message to your employees or clients, they do not recieve the message directly, they are sent an email to notify them that they have a message waiting for them within their portal and they must login to view it. This keeps the messages private and behind a password protected wall.
If you are currently transmitting emails directly to your clients and employees, you have no control over who accesses their mailbox and who can read their messages. For instance, in a large company, their IT teams have access to management and staff email mailboxes and can read the contents. Some people have their email accounts on an unprotected computer that has no passwords. You do not need to rely on the external security policy of others anymore, our system ensures all your correspondence is confidential and secure.
With our system, all the Intruder can read is an email asking the user to login, they would then need the users credentials and password to be able to read the actual message from you.
From within the Employee’s own portal they have the ability to read your internal messages. The Employees only have the ability to internally message the Administrators and Managers, they can not message any other Employee or any Client. The communication from Employees is strictly one way and that is from the individual employee to Administrators and Managers.
Administrators and Managers have the ability to internally message any Employee within the system directly, in the knowledge their correspondence will be confidential and secure.
The same as the Employee messaging, within the Employee’s own portal they have the ability to read your internal messages. The Client has no way to communicate with any other client or any employees direct. All client communication is strictly from the individual client to Administrators and Managers.
Administrators and Managers have the ability to internally message any Client within the system directly, and be safe in the knowledge their correspondence will be confidential and secure.
Administrators and Managers have the ability to internally message any other Administrator within the system directly. These means you can manage your full internal business communication model from behind a secure, confidential, two factor authenticated, password protected portal.
Removing an email account from a disgruntled management employee may be a long drawn out process for your business. Email accounts download messages and store them to the users devices, meaning you have no control over the private company data, a future disgruntled employee may have access to.
With our system, you can simply change the password or ban an Administrator or Employee to instantly remove their access to all your company data, including your private correspondence.
You must choose your Company Data Controller from the List of Administrators from within the settings menu. When any Employee or Client submit a Data Request from their portal they do not have the ability to choose a recepient, the messages are automatically sent to the Data Controllers Inbox from within the Confidential Messaging Area. The Data Controller can then respond to the Data Request from his Account.
Employee / Client Request Options:
If you go on Holiday or do not wish to be contactable you can change your contact status to ‘Out of office‘. If you are the last contactable Administrator, or the only Administrator, this option is not available.
